UK Delivery Information
This information applies to UK deliveries only.

We aim to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We have various options available, and these can be selected during the Checkout process.
Delivery times are dependent on the availability of stock, type of product, and whether the item has any transport regulations that need to be adhered to.

STANDARD DELIVERY
We aim to deliver UK orders within 2 – 5 days from receipt of your order.

POSSIBLE EXTENDED DELIVERY – We hold many products in stock, but some items may take longer to deliver than others. Please do contact us for product availability and lead time. For destinations outside of the UK, delivery times may be extended depending on the order destination.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (DELIVERY WILL BE ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY)
This is an Express Next Day Service that is available for some products and applies to most parts of the UK. An order cut-off time applies which is currently 12:30 pm. A small surcharge will be applied to the standard charges.

CLICK & COLLECT
If you wish to collect from our store then this can easily be arranged. We ask that you contact us first to check on product availability and opening hours.

RESTRICTED TRANSPORT PRODUCT
We dispatch products classed as hazardous by specific recognised licensed transport companies. This will include flammable liquids and corrosive products. Note: We do not ship hazardous liquids outside of the UK.

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES
Shipping costs are price banded according to total order value excluding VAT. The carriage cost is shown in (brackets).

£100 + Free of Charge

International Shipping
0 – £50 ( £15 )
£50 – £250 ( £30 )
£200 + please contact us.

Returns & Information
We stand behind our products and are strong believers in customer satisfaction and service, so with all domestic web or telesales returns we allow 14 days period where you can return unwanted goods back to us in their original condition. We also accept returns for faulty goods 30 days from the date of receipt too. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.

Damaged/Incorrect/Missing Items
If you have a problem please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. 
Please ensure you contact us prior to returning your items, as we will need to provide you with a Return Authorisation Code to include within your package. Without this, we will be unable to process your return.

We also ask that you hold on to your damaged item until we’ve confirmed your return/replacement, as, on occasions, our suppliers may want the item back.

Although we do everything possible to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition, very occasionally items may get damaged during transit.  If an item in your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately stating that the item in question is faulty and send us a photograph of the item clearly showing the damage, so that we can resolve this for you.

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item as part of your order (i.e. an item that differs to the one you ordered), please follow the same process and contact our Customer Services team on info@cepmoulds.co.uk  as soon as possible with a photograph of the incorrect item. If you do not receive all of the items that you have ordered please let us know so that we can look into this further to see if this may be arriving in a separate delivery. Depending on the circumstances we may ask you to return the item. In instances such as this, we will refund your return postage costs.

Please note (Disclaimer):

• Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.

• Please include your Return Authorisation Code within your package (we’ll provide this to you via email or phone when you contact us to arrange the return).

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

• Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your order usually within 10 business days of package receipt, excluding postage costs. If the item is returned due to faulty goods then the postage will be refunded also.

• Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).

• Only available within the United Kingdom

• Excludes edible or bespoke items and all edible items reduced in price and marked as Expired or Low Date.

Order Amendment or Cancellation

We’re sorry to advise that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to or cancel your order once it is placed. This includes making changes to delivery addresses.

Our warehouse work very quickly to pick and pack your orders and we have multiple mail collections each day, so you benefit from the quick delivery our customers tell us they love. It’s likely that by the time you contact us, your order will already have been dispatched.
